Fees
Visits
As I transition out of clinical care through Simply You Medicine, I am offering the following reduce fees for visits:
-
Initial visits (up to 60 minutes) at $197
-
Follow up visits (up to 45 minutes) at $97

Please note that after September 19th, 2025, all clinical care will be through Natural Life Medicine in Puyallup. Even if you have had a visit with me through my individual clinic you will need to have an initial visit at Natural Life Medicine, which will be subject to their policies and fees.
Payment
I require a card on file to schedule an appointment. This allows visit time to be focused on providing care to you, rather than taking payment. Your card will be charged after the visit or if you do not show up for your visit, or at the time of rescheduling or cancelling if inside of the 48 hour window.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & No Shows
I charge $75 for appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Please respect this policy as missed appointments prevent other patients from being seen.
Labs
I utilize conventional and specialty lab tests. In general, billing for labs is a contract between you or your insurance company and the lab company. Many lab tests are covered by insurance (subject to your deductible and co-pay), but specialty tests often are not. I will do my best to discuss potential costs when running tests but these are estimates and coverage is dictated by your insurance company. Out of pocket costs for labs can typically be paid with HSA/MSA/Flex plans. If you have questions about coverage, please speak with your insurance company..

I send blood draw lab orders to Labcorp. As a solo provider this allows me to focus my time on assessing and treating your condition. Labs collected on-site (vaginal swabs, urine, pap & STI testing) are run through Medical Diagnostics Labs or other specialty tests as discussed. Other specialty tests can be collected at home and a kit will be shipped to your home with instructions for shipping back to the lab.
Supplements
Supplements are an extra cost and are not included in the visit fees. In many cases you may use HSA/MSA/Flex plans to pay for your supplements.
