Balancing Rocks

I see mental wellness as a key foundation of health. Having a state of psychological wellbeing allows us to do the key activities that lead to a healthy life such as engaging in community and sustaining healthy habits.

Treatment plans will often incorporate ways to address stress and fatigue as well as symptoms of anxiety and depression, 

​

I support the use of psychiatric medication when indicated and will recommend additional support from therapists, psychiatrists as needed.
