What can I expect in a visit?
Do you accept my insurance?
(Unfortunately insurance does not recognize the value of extended time with patients). At this time I am not in network with any health insurance plans, and do not bill insurance , but do offer superbills for inidividual visits. Check with your insurance plan directly to ask if you have out of network benefits. I cannot guarantee reimbursement. I currently have some availability for sliding scale visits. Please contact me directly if you are in need of these.

We require a card on file to book your appointment.
